Simultaneous with the foundation of Butia Industry Complex, the company’s polymer laboratory was launched in 2005 and became operational with the manager’s contribution, exploiting state-of-the-art technologies, modernized equipment, and specialized experienced workforce. After two years of uninterrupted activities, the company acquired the provincial testing laboratory certificate of accreditation. Thanks to perseverance, qualitative and quantitative laboratory progression, and proper training of experts and employees, the company managed to operate at the international level.
Thanks to the persistent endeavors of the manager and employees to achieve this goal, the company acquired the international standard certification ISO/IEC 17025 issued by verified auditors of International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) in November 2008. This certification ascertains that testing laboratories are required to prove the application of an all-inclusive control system in their entity, and that they are technically qualified to yield valid, functional results at the international level.
To develop an independent management, Butia’s laboratory quality system is currently operating in an accredited laboratory with regard to the type of activity, the scope of service, and the nature of possible tests. Maintaining neutrality, protecting consumer privacy, and being independent from other departments, this laboratory is committed to presenting the results in full details to the inter- and intra-organizational customers in order to achieve their full satisfaction.
